Less of executives believe they’ve already the skill-sets and talents to lead inside digital economy Magazine

Despite an important uptick in purchase of emerging technologies in the past Year, UK executives lack confidence within their digital skills.

According to some Deloitte survey published today, less (45 per-cent) of executives are positive about their own digital skills and ability to steer their organisation from the digital economy, while just 16 % believe their talent pool has enough knowledge and expertise to produce their digital strategy.

The lack of confidence is available as 40 % of executives say they cannot receive the support they should be develop their own personal digital skills and 54 per-cent do not believe their learning and development curriculum supports their digital strategy.
