Wakefield cyber security consultancy acquired Magazine

Wakefield-headquartered cyber security consultancy, Agenci, has been acquired for any undisclosed sum with the Cyberfort Group.

The deal sees Cyberfort squeeze in a third business for your ranks, with Agenci joining managed services provider The Bunker, and cyber security testing business Arcturus.

Agenci specialises there security, particularly ISO 27001 and GDPR. The provider also has offices working in, and works together various clients throughout the UK in order to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Cyberfort Group, that is certainly backed by Palatine Private equity finance, is building an end-to-end data security proposition made from world-class talent and infrastructure.
