A Lincoln gym has become bought by Leicester property investment company Custodian REIT for 4.3m

The UK property investment company has acquired a 77,242sq feet health insurance and business centre, prominently situated on the A46 inside a leading mixed-use, out-of-town scheme with businesses from the immediate vicinity including Ibis Hotel, Fayre&Square and Frankie&Benny’s
