Leeds-based Hitachi Capital UK is accelerating its business finance growth together with the acquiring specialist financial serveries provider, Franchise Finance.
Hitachi Capital UK said the sale boosts its lending base to SMEs and franchisees, and even bringing “considerable senior consultancy experience” and “helping to generate a profitable portfolio in a underserved market”.
The acquisition also enables the provider to diversify its offering, to use Franchise Finance’s understanding business planning and training from the SME marketplace, to create a new service offering amongst a wider UK audience.
Over the previous several years, Franchise Finance has completed in excess of 700 deals, more vital than 32 million.
