Sheffield’s Pro-Roll funds ambitions with Growth Hub cash

Sheffield steel business, Pro-Roll, wants that will put itself as the leading UK supplier by using a 400,000 grant from the Sheffield City Region Growth Hub.

The funding will help Pro-Roll reach its purpose of becoming one of many UK’s leading suppliers of bespoke alloys for that aerospace, civil, nuclear, motorsport and bio-medical industries.

Alexa Greaves, Chair in the Growth Hub Board, said: “Innovation is usually a key priority for increase in the area Region, and then we often that this Business Investment Fund backing will be a perfect catalyst for Pro-Roll.

“The grant assists them increase production, saved and created jobs, and ensures that the corporation can be one of several leaders within the steel industry into the future.”

Pro-Roll was established by wife and husband duo Symon and Gill Havenhand in 2000.
