Tearful Graham mourns McCain in Senate eulogy

WASHINGTON – John McCain’s colleague Lindsey Graham mixed laughter and tears around the Senate floor Tuesday while he remembered “Operation Maverick,” that they described as lessons in picking “what’s right pictures own expense.”

“He educated me in that honor and imperfection are invariably competing,” Sen.
