Suffolk Downs files $1B lawsuit against Wynn Resorts

The person who owns Suffolk Downs race track is accusing Wynn Resorts of conspiring to solve the applying tactic to search for a casino near Boston at its expense, plus in a federal civil lawsuit is demanding $1 billion.

Sterling Suffolk Racecourse (SSR), a couple of days after live racing wrapped to the season on the East Boston facility, filed the 37-page action late yesterday at U.S. District Court in South Boston below the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization Act (RICO).
