The Leeds office of Gateley Plc, the legal business of law-led professional services group Gateley, has advised US company Asure Software, Inc. about the buying of your entire issued share capital of OccupEye Limited.
?Texas-based Asure Applications are a NASDAQ-listed, leading provider of Agile Workplace Solutions, such as Human Capital Management (HCM) and workplace keeper.
OccupEye Limited is a Blackburn-headquartered producer of sensor-based devices that permit organisations across the world to streamline operations, create efficiencies, enhance productivity and analyse employee engagement, which generates cost savings and helps to create a very employee-focused workplace.
?OccupEye’s technology joined with Asure Software’s existing workplace solutions and HCM services, allows Asure Software to be expanded its technology solutions while adding a unique complementary and proprietary sensor hardware and analytics.
?The Gateley Plc team was led by Leeds Corporate partner David Armitage, alongside Corporate solicitors Rebecca Bennett and Verity Mulkeen. They had been sustained by Real estate investment senior associate Marc Warren, along with Employment partners Paul Ball and Gearalt Fahy, all located in the firm’s Leeds office.
