Connectus Group acquires Doncaster telecoms company

Eximus Solutions, the Doncaster-based telecommunications company, is acquired by Connectus Group with an undisclosed sum.

The company has now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Connectus and definately will trade under the name moving forward.

Eximus can provide innovative technology via collaboration because of their clients including ultrafast business and mission critical connectivity, alongside other value-added services.

The deal will see Eximus try a fully funded business proposal targeted at extending the its reach round the trans Pennine area, create new jobs in order to satisfy increased interest on business connectivity services and enhance the variety of wholesales partners they deal with.

“We are delighted with all the transaction and then we will have usage of resources to fit our growth aspiration for that business,” said Connectus Chairman, Paul Ruocco.

“We would love to thank each of our customers, partners and suppliers who’ve supported us during the last seven many to offer to extending our relationship using them and providing even greater value to people loyal and new relationships.”

The announcement may come as Connectus is investing an additional 100,000 into network hosting improvements & refurbishments and new work place close by the Doncaster Business Park C rounding in the total investment in these areas to 250,000.

Duncan Shaw, Connectus Director, added: “Following our recent investment we’re thrilled while using company guide and exactly how our processes and services shall be improved while we continue to keep scale the organization together with the amount of large organisations we serve across the north of England.”
