Lincs meat processor ramps up production with recruitment drive

Dalehead Foods is ramping up production at its Lincolnshire site when using the development of forty new positions in Spalding.

The Spalding site is 35,000m2 and currently employs 550 staff. The firm wants to consider skilled and unskilled workers to affix its team as butchers.

The firm C a division of Tulip Ltd C has become operating at Spalding since 1950. It recently picked up robotics and also the company the factory will continue a major site in Dalehead Foods’ high welfare pork production.

HR manager Abigail Brewin said: “The Dalehead Foods site in Spalding contains a great team spirit and supplies an excellent possiblity to learn potentially profitable new skills and progress which has a career from the food industry.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming new visitors to join our company. It is deemed an active role and we’re trying to find motivated applicants who enjoy manual work, including lifting, and standing on their feet for many of us of your time of day.”
