U.S. Sen. Customer advocates yesterday predicted that President Trump’s Top court nominee will overturn Roe v. Wade and criminalize abortion if confirmed via the Senate.
If Roe v. Wade is overturned, Warren said, “It is going to mean wealthy women will obtain abortions. … But it will surely be hardworking girls that receives crushed within alternation in regulations.”
Her remarks came in a forum for the Royale in Boston, where abortion-rights activists called Judge Brett Kavanaugh a dangerous threat to the proper to safe, legal abortion.
Speaking as part of a 10-city, 14-day “Rise Up for Roe” national tour to rally opposition to Kavanaugh’s nomination, Warren cited polling that shows 70 % of Americans support abortion rights.
