WASHINGTON – Sen. Customer advocates called Tuesday for sweeping anti-corruption laws in Washington, including a lifetime ban on presidents, folks Congress along with officeholders from work lobbyists. But even while she assailed individuals President Donald Trump’s administration, the Massachusetts Democrat refused to evaluate or rule out her very own run for president.
“I am not running for president in 2020,” Warren told the National Press Club, that will not mean she will not. “I’m running for that Senate in 2018.”
